Our new All-Star Leader will serve our customer base by coordinating and finalizing the closing and delivery, ensuring the purchase process goes as smoothly as possible. This individual will be an integral part in offering a top-quality products and services, paired with incomparable customer experience designed to boost and support the customers boat ownership and companies core values.

The Boat House Business Manager role has the following essential functions:

  • Handle all boat purchase transactions as well as stand-alone units such as engine and trailer purchases
  • Help customers with their purchase process by ethically offering payment, insurance, and protection options
  • Properly review finance profiles and financial requirements to guarantee the best terms available for each customer
  • Ensure all paperwork from start to finish is completed and processed accurately
  • Work with Title Clerk to guarantee the registration, documentation, ownership, and warranty processes are completed
  • Work closely with Service & Parts departments to ensure dealer optional installations, trade in, delivery and closing processes are completed in a timely manner and are attainable
  • Achieve financial target goals
  • Promptly meet and greet customers in a welcoming and friendly manner as well as communicate professionally and with courtesy
  • Follow up with customers and encourage completion of post ownership surveys, and capture warranty after the sale and refinancing opportunities
  • Monitor performance by reviewing numbers, measures, and goals via one on ones with Director of Finance
  • Willingness to continue professional development by attending company trainings, department meetings and boat shows
  • Master the dealer management software selected for use by the organization
  • Establish and maintain a positive working environment with employees in all departments within the company as well as outside vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
