Rosco Vision Systems is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to join our team! We are looking for an individual who will Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and quality, reduce cost, decrease scrap and product rework. The individual will direct the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards. As a Fabrication Supervisor will hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff and setting performance standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Manage the operations team to ensure they are working efficiently and safely at all times
• Work with the management team to implement the program of works and co-ordinate the day to day activities of the workshop
• Monitors inventory of all products and reports on current status of inventory
• Enforces safety and regulations

Supervisor Responsibilities includes:

• Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision
• Organize workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coach

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 Years Production Maintenance experience or related field/job experience
• Knowledge of other tube fabrication processes including trimming, expanding, swaging, and flaring, a plus
• Familiar with all types of manufacturing documentation including job routers and set-up sheets, required
