The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, Napa Valley and Calera is responsible for supervising facilities technicians’ assignments and assign Maintenance Tickets, request, and repairs to the appropriate person. Provide technical support for Napa Valley and Calera Facilities Maintenance Department in areas of equipment repair, facilities maintenance, Tank Net/Logix systems, and Maintenance Tracker ticket systems.

What we will ask you to do:
  • Provide technical support at Napa Valley Facilities and Calera as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, bottling line, electrical systems, and controls etc.
  • Maintains a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and machinery.
  • Maintains and repairs buildings and associated equipment systems including general carpentry, painting, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC equipment, water treatment, wastewater systems, and electrical systems, etc.
  • Train lower-level personnel.
  • Daily completion of all paperwork related to maintenance assignments and functions.
  • Supervise storm water monthly inspections for dry seasons, wet seasons, and storm water samples at Duckhorn and Migration Carneros for the annual SWIPP.
  • On-Call in case of emergencies.
What you will need:
  • Possess mastery in the following disciplines: Electrical/Electrical controls, and machinery repair.
  • 10 or more years of experience in the same or related field.
  • Electrical, plumbing, welding, mechanical, and carpentry skills preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills in mechanical and electrical control areas.
  • Prior winery experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and all levels of management in English, both written and verbal.
  • Computer skills required.
