Facilities Maintenance Tech - $23.50 Starting - $2000 For New Hires Job at Nature's Path Foods - Sussex, WI
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

CRITICAL OUTCOMES FROM THE JOB
Assuring Sussex Facility upkeep by:
- Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
- Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities of building not limited to helping machine repairmen.
- Clean windows and glass doors
- Prepare classrooms for incoming classes; remove or rearrange furniture for events or classes, as needed
- Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed
- On call maintenance for all facilities, 24/7
- Maintain exterior property, minor maintenance of building.
- Work with outside contractors as needed
- Performs other work related duties as assigned
- Audit areas and report damage or repairs needed.
- Ability to be certified to drive forklifts and use ariel equipment.
- Positive attitude and team orientated.

Pay: $23.50 - $25.50 per hour
