he Facilities Maintenance Technician is a broad classification of duties and skill sets. A technician is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities and equipment within a given market, acting as the contact for emergency situations that affect Fulenwider Enterprises to be open for business, provide a quality experience for their guests, and keep the equipment and facility functioning. While this position is focused mainly in a given market, onsite support may be necessary in over 90 locations across multiple states and a variable work schedule is required. The position is based on a 50-hour work week, 40 hours of straight pay and 10 hours of time and a half. Occasional weekend and after-hours work will be required, along with an on-call weekend rotation.

Facilities Maintenance Duties

· Act as the primary contact for all RGMs and Area Coaches for any restaurant equipment or facility malfunctions.

· Repair and maintain all restaurant equipment including, but not limited to:

o Fryers

o Ovens

o Grills

o Hot/Cold Wells

o Holding Cabinets

o Coolers

· Have an understanding and ability to repair and maintain general electrical circuits including, but not limited to:

o Single and Three Phase Power

o Receptacles and Plugs

o Breaker panels

o Indoor and Outdoor Lighting

· Have an understanding and ability to repair and maintain general plumbing issues including, but not limited to:

o Hot Water Heaters

o Toilets

o Sinks

o Powered Dish Sinks

o Floor Drains

o Grease Traps

o Gas Lines

· Have an understanding and ability to repair and maintain HVAC and Refrigeration Systems including, but not limited to:

o Roof Top AC Units with Gas Packs

o Duct work and vent replacement

o Walk-In Coolers and Freezers

o Ice Machines

o Reach in Coolers and Freezers

o Frozen Beverage Machines

· Have an understanding and ability to repair and maintain building construction including, but not limited to:

o Floor and wall tile repair and installation

o Sheetrock repair

o Paint interior and exterior

o Drop down ceiling tile repair and replacement

Job Requirements

· 3 + years of facility maintenance or similar experience preferred

· Degree or any certifications related to Facility Maintenance not required but preferred

· Knowledge of and ability to manipulate materials, methods, and the tools used to perform job duties in area of expertise

· Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

· Work in a safe efficient manner

· Good driving record

· Ability to perform work overhead for extended periods of time

· Ability to climb and work off multiple ladder heights for extended periods of time

· Ability to climb extended ladders to access and work on roofs

· Ability to lift and move 50 plus pounds

· Ability to kneel, crawl and squat for extended periods of time

· Ability to work independently

· Maintain and organize tools and parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
