As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
- General maintenance of TFCU facilities to include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and outsourced services
- Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC/R, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and maintains proper readiness
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety
Salary Range:
Salary placement will be determined individually based on the selected candidate's experience and/or certifications
Education/Experience Requirements:
You must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a technical school, trade school/training program and/or of a career tech program and five years related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience are required.
Applicable financial institution and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education
Keys to Success:
In order to be successful as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you must possess these qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license, maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Preferred - electrician, plumber, or mechanic certifications
- Knowledge of commercial property maintenance and basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment, including small hand tools, power tools, and metering/testing equipment
- Basic level of familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word
