The core mission of a Red Stag Facilities Ground Technician is to conduct and specialize in grounds management. This position reports directly to the Facilities Group Lead.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure Red Stag site is clean, lit, and maintained to company standard.

• Ensure vendors are consistently maintaining all landscaping to company standard.

• Assisting plan and schedule repairs.

• Complete pending work orders both timely and effectively.

• Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.

• Identify and report any concerns or process issues.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Landscaping experience preferred.

• Detail oriented.

• Comfortable with learning and utilizing computers/technology.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work on the warehouse floor including continuous time moving, regular transportation of freight up to fifty pounds, reaching, bending, and carrying.
