Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing Front End and other Plant equipment such
as; pumps, valves, conveyors, augers, heaters, and gear boxes.
Supervising seasonal Bulk Unloading workforce.
Supervising seasonal Sanitation workforce.
Supervising seasonal Sorting workforce. Training of all Bulk Unloading, Sanitation, Sorting and Re-man personnel in their job
duties and proper workplace safety.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Ensure the integrity and proper operation of all Unloading, Sorting, Flume Systems, Add
Back Systems, Finishing, Waste Separation/Conveying, Re-man and Citric Acid
Equipment.
