Summit Cleaning and Restoration is looking to hire a full time facility services technician to help us serve a rapidly growing portfolio of high-end commercial clients across the state of Oregon and southwest Washington.

Facility Service technicians are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic of our commercial customers buildings through carpet, tile and upholstery maintenance. Our #1 priority is building career-long relationships with our customers by providing them turn-key, managed service programs that allow them and their teams to focus more on their core business. We free up our customers to do more of what they love, and what grows their business. Our technicians have designated routes where they get to know their customers, the properties and build relationships that last through time. This is definitely not “just a technician job”. Our technicians are just as part of the leading force that propels us towards our growth in the commercial facility maintenance industry, and a valuable part of the team. Our unique “wage or commission- whichever is higher” compensation plan, all of our technicians on average make more than $4000 per month after their initial orientation period. How we talk to customers and their employees while onsite, the standard of cleaning product we provide them, and great instincts for problem-solving and relationship management.

As far as the technical part of the job, we are seeking someone with carpet and tile maintenance experience. It is not required, but preferred- we will provide training. The following are tasks that are necessary to perform the facility services technician job:

• Cleaning and sealing of tile and grout
• Encapsulation and Steam extraction of all carpet types
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Inspect completed work every time
• Complete and turn in Work Orders
• Participate in cross-selling or up selling needed services during a service visit.
• Maintain appropriate chemical inventory
• Attend weekly meetings where your input and concerns will be listened to
• Maintain client relationships through effective communication and elite work performance- #1!!
