Factory Worker

Moslow Wood Products (MWP) is seeking a self-motivated and reliable laborer to add to our fast-paced manufacturing team.

Basic responsibilities:

• Able to read a tape measurer
• Able to read and speak English
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Continuously meet efficiency standards and safety standards for the position.
• Keep work area neat and clean

Basic qualifications:

• Basic woodworking knowledge
• Recognize various equipment in the shop environment
• Recognize quality issues and report same to supervisor

Typical Physical Activity:

• Physical demands consist of standing, walking, pulling, pushing, twisting, picking up and putting down parts repetitively

Typical Environmental Conditions:

• Production areas of a typical wood manufacturing facility, which includes working with and around large machinery, variations in temperature, wood dust, and humidity

Work Schedule:

• MWP operates Monday-Thursday, 6:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Overtime available on Friday’s.

This is an entry level position. Pay rate is based on your experience. Starting pay for an applicant without experience starts at $13.00/hr. Higher rates may be available to an applicant with experience and/or leadership skills. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis. One will also receive employee benefits (after 60 days), which include Medical, Dental & Vision Plans (MWP contribution), 401K Retirement Plan (MWP contribution), Paid Vacation Time (after one year).
