Family Medicine Physician with OB Woodburn, OR

YVFWC has a compulsory vaccination policy, including the Covid-19 primary series; the organization does not mandate the Covid-19 booster, although it is offered through our employee health department. Medical and religious exemptions to the primary series will be considered, and for those approved, the employee should anticipate following appropriate guidance around masking and other protective equipment offered.

We have an opportunity for Family Medicine Physician with OB at our Salud Medical Center located in Woodburn, OR.

Who we are looking for:

• A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine.
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.

Position Details :

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community.
• Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care.
  
• EMR system is EPIC.
• Practice a full spectrum of family medicine; high-risk C-section training is required.
• 0.8 FTE (32 hours a week with 26.4 hours of clinical and 5.6 hours of admin/charting time)
  
• You will engage with a minimum of 20 patients per day.
• Willing to take call schedule.
• Committed to working with an underserved patient population

Position highlights:

• $227k annual compensation (based at 2.5 pt per hour) for a 0.8 FTE (32 hour work week)
• Guaranteed first-year annual salary.
• Hiring Bonus of $24k.

• $1,200 monthly resident stipend commencing the month after you sign contract.

Qualifications:
