San Benito Health Foundation (SBHF) is seeking a skillful, compassionate, full-time Family Practice Physician to join the Community Health Center’s (CHC) medical team. This is a great opportunity for new and established clinician looking to make a difference at the community level, and work with a team to provide primary care in an outpatient setting to a multicultural patient population. The Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive primary care to all patients seeking care. He or she will provide community based primary care as part of a patient centered medical home team. Physician will provide diagnosis and treatment of health center patients within the scope of his/her license to practice medicine. Participates in quality assessment and improvement activities and achieves productivity goals.

Requirements:

Medical degree (M.D.) and completed residency in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice

1 year experience

Licensed to practice in State of California

Board eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine

Board certification is highly desirable.

Current DEA license and CPR certification.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Maintains CME/credentialing/licensure in compliance with state and board requirements).
