About the Position: The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is currently seeking a Family Treatment Court Coordinator for the Oklahoma County Family Treatment Court (FTC) housed in the Juvenile Justice Center in Oklahoma County and will be directly supervised by the Sr. Project Manager for Family Treatment Courts. The incumbent will work directly with the FTC Judge and the FTC team to plan, implement, administer, and monitor the day-to-day activities of the Oklahoma County Family Treatment Court. This individual will assist with organizing and coordinating training for treatment providers and FTC staff and assist the FTC judge with the day-to-day functions of the FTC. The incumbent will facilitate community presentations, assist in docket development, coordinate community service, promote team integrity, develop community resources, monitors quality assurance, develops agendas, collects data, and works closely with the program evaluator. Other duties include maintaining cooperative relationships with the Court, treatment agencies, community organizations, and the Department of Human Services, and participating in conferences, meetings, and committees as the Family Treatment Court representative. This individual will also attend case staffing and court hearings as a part of the FTC.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Education and Experience required at this level consists of a master’s degree and three years of professional experience in social work, child support, adult protective services, child welfare, early childhood development and education, guidance and counseling, nursing, intellectual disability, probation and parole, public administration, community-based prevention and diversionary youth services programs, juvenile justice, rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation or vocational rehabilitation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of additional qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
Special Requirements:
The individual selected for this position must be willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position.
