As part of our change we have created a new Fastener Sales Representative position that will allow us to help our customers more by offering more secondary services. We don’t ever want to tell a customer that we can’t help them. That is where this new role fits in.

About the position:

The Fastener Sales Representative will be the person who will take the quote and find out how to make it work. This new role is developed for sales person who will be dedicated to handle the majority of selling non-core, per print, value-add and “specials”. The Fastener Sales Representative will help build a supply base, educate our sales team to be more confident and educated on our non-core products and find new opportunities to win business that we traditionally had not quoted.

Hours: M-F/8:00 a-5:00p

Salary: $60, 000- $75,000

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fastener Sales
• Knowledgeable about fasteners supply base
• Can read and understand prints
• CAD experience
• Understands machining processes
• Has experience in costing parts
