General Description of Duties/ Environment:

In the role of Fault Recovery Specialist, you are responsible to recover general ACP system faults. You are part of the maintenance team that ensures that ADUSA warehouse equipment functions properly. The position will require basic mechanical skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You may be required to climb heights up to 95 feet for maintenance and daily operation of the automated system. Other responsibilities include housekeeping of the system and removal of damaged product and trays.

Essential Job Functions:

• Recover general Automated Case Pick system faults on machines.
• General maintenance-make minor repairs.
• Assist Techs as required during maintenance functions and PMs.
• This position reports directly to the maintenance shift Lead/Supervisor.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• You may be required to perform other duties as needed by your shift lead.

Physical Requirements/Skills:

• Basic computer skills
• This position requires frequent to constant lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, twisting, stooping, climbing, and walking on a concrete floor.
• Must be able to safely operate applicable system controllers/pendants.
• The weight of the product in ACP is between 1 - 55lbs. Fault Recovery Specialists must also be able to remove damaged product trays weighing approximately 75 lbs if required.
• Able to access assets in the structure using ladders (ladder weight limit 300 lbs)
• Applicant must be able to read small print from computer screens and respond to safety alarms.
• Must complete company training programs - Lock Out Tag Out, Harness training for climbing
• Able to access assets in the structure using ladders (ladder weight limit 300 lbs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
