The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all company bills are being paid on time and Iovino remains in good financial standing. He or she will also oversee the accounts payable department.

Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments to vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Month end and year end closings; review and reconcile aging reports.
- Maintain open lines of communication with vendors and office personnel to ensure that accounts are in good standing.
- Payment and compliance for Subcontractors including weekly check runs.
- Setup and maintenance of vendor accounts, 1099 distribution.
- Ensures all negotiated contracts are paid as agreed upon, knowledge of payment terms.
- Manage, scan, and enter invoices into accounting system (CMiC).
- Manual checks handling.
- Process credit applications for vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or another related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Qualifications
- Approximately 10 years of accounts payable experience in a construction environment
- Knowledge of accounting programs such as CMiC, Yardi and Timberline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
