Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, Titan Farms is seeking a field worker based out of Ridge Spring, SC with work taking place in Saluda, Edgefield and Aiken Counties. The qualified individual will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated and hard working. Field maintenance is an essential part of farming, and we need a candidate willing to learn and motivated to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate small tractors to bushhog, apply crop protectants to maintain orchards.
• Help maintain the equipment and report issues to the Farm Manager
• Help install and maintain irrigation systems.
• Assist Supervisor and Farm mangers as directed.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read/write English
• Self-motivated and punctual.
• Basic knowledge of driving a tractor
• Have willingness to learn required jobs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions and all four seasons – rain, snow, wind, frost, fog, and sunshine.
• Must be able to collaborate with other Titan Farms team members.
