  • In-depth knowledge of standard desktop software including Microsoft Office & Cisco Unified Communications products
  • Experience in working on Active Directory (password reset, account lockout, group creation etc.)
  • Prior experience in VPN client troubleshooting
  • MECM (SCCM) – Imaging experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Desktop Operating systems
  • Knowledge of Dell hardware components
  • Advance network troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work on MS Excel Macro issues
  • Knowledge of Audio & Video equipment in combination with communication tools in a conference environment.
  • Troubleshooting skills for Webex and MS Teams
  • Configuring iPad/iPhones/Android for the users to enable them to check emails
  • Good knowledge of working on ticketing tools like ServiceNow
  • Prior experience in handling Desktop/Laptop/ Bloomberg Terminals related problems for a min of 5 years
  • Prior experience with Trader Turret System will be preferred
  • Prior experience in supporting Trade Desk environment & Fixed Income investment management

Education & Certifications:

  • A college degree with a minimum of five years’ work experience in the field of IT support
  • Detailed knowledge of ITIL framework, ITIL certification is preferred
  • A technical certification would be an added advantage

Role Details:

  • Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management, and maintenance of End User devices (desktops, laptops, and peripherals) and minor Data Center (cabling etc.) related to IDF room.
  • Responding to customer callouts and provide hands on support
  • Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of applications issues
  • Troubleshoot internet/LAN WAN connectivity issues
  • Be responsible for supporting multiple applications and delivering quality support to End Users
  • When the restoration is beyond the scope of the support, escalate the issue/problem to appropriate resolver group using IT Ticketing System
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printer related issues
  • Record, track and maintain regional IT asset inventory in the asset management system
  • Ability to take quick decisions, like when to escalate a ticket to next level and when to continue troubleshooting if issue not resolved within desired TAT
  • Work independently, be adaptable to change and open to flexible working hours
  • Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems and document it in the ITSM Tool
  • Contribute to knowledge creation and update existing documentation
  • Provide support for project execution
