Field Technical Support Rep
Location: Newark, NJ 07101
Duration: 12+ Months
Advanced mechanical and electro-mechanical technical Troubleshooting and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Participating in training to gain knowledge and expertise on Client-Indigo digital presses technology
Duties:
- Handle Customer-relation machinery mechanical/technical/electrical problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures
- Provide mechanical and electrical support on-site
- Deliver complex high-tech mechanical services to large enterprise complex or corporate
- Deliver services to large enterprise, complex or corporate accounts
- Use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities
- Experience with support of full range of Client commercial and industrial large mass volume digital printers products
- Possible for relocation if needed
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong mechanical technical interpersonal and communication kills and ability to improvise
- Strong Customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex Customer problems
- Excellent teamwork with peers and Client personnel
- Demonstrate consistent and high-level performance
- Understand mechanical and electrical Wiring Diagram and high skilled mechanical troubleshooter
- Schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external
