Job Description

Reviews incoming build related requests from Physician Practices for accuracy and performs the necessary steps to complete the request within the Practice Management application. Also works to gather, review, approve and complete new practice data build. Calculate fee schedules in accordance with policy, submit for approval and complete the build.

Maintain standards for centralized build functions and present requests outside of the standard for review / approval

Qualifications – External

Must have experience with Athena Table builds, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Must understand basic practice operations and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must understand how to prioritize daily workload to keep physician practices operational.
