Finance and Insurance Assistant Job at Cuozzo Orthodontics
A well-respected orthodontic practice in Monmouth Countyis seeking a full-time Finance and Insurance Assistant. Experience in dental and/or orthodontic reception, billing, and insurance is a plus, but not necessary. Excellent communication skills, telephone skills, and presentability are a must. Ability to multitask and learn new computer software programs is required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
The Finance and Insurance assistant will assist the Financial Coordinator with insurance benefit verification, submission of insurance claims, fabrication of patient financial contracts, maintaining accounts receivable, and scanning and filing of insurance and financial documents. They will also learn to present financial treatment quotes, answer financial questions, and present start-of-treatment consent forms to new patients. Opportunities for growth available.
We offer 5 days per week Monday and Wednesday in our Sea Girt, NJ location and Tuesday and Thursday in our Lincroft, NJ location. Friday location rotates.
Full-time Year-Round Receptionist
· $18-$20/hour (depending on experience)
· 5 days per week
· No weekends
Fall/Winter/Spring Hours (September – Mid-June):
Mon-Thurs 11:00 am - 7:30 pm Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Once a month Tuesday and Wednesday hours are 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
Summer Hours (End of June - August):
Mon-Thurs 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Twice a month Wednesday and Thursday hours are 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
Benefits: Partially paid healthcare after 90 days. 401K pension/profit sharing after 1000 hours. Uniform provided.
