7-Eleven is immediately hiring a Financial Analyst! This role's primary purpose is to support financial and performance analytics for store development and facilities maintenance. Specifically, the Financial Analyst will focus on data validation and reconciliation for work performed by third-party maintenance vendors and in-house technicians. Primary duties include working with our systems and financial partners to evaluate program performance and provide regular status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile work order data sets with invoices received and help facilitate accurate and prompt remittances
• Active collaboration with immediate and cross-functional teams throughout the organization and with vendor partners
• Analyze financial results, monitoring for variances, identifying trends, and providing recommended actions to key partners
• Development of scalable and sustainable reporting tools for both financial metrics and vendor performance
• Provide analysis to senior management as requested. Examples include creating and maintaining a reporting system to track and analyze the financial performance and key performance indicators for different facility initiatives
• Perform ad hoc reporting of corporate maintenance programs for Operations and other key stakeholder teams
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, assist with solution development and implementation

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree
• 1+ years of experience
• Knowledge and skills generally gained through a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Analytics
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting or data analytics
• Data management, visualization, and querying skills in SQL, VBA, and Power BI or other similar tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and often ambiguous environment
• Without hesitation, can react quickly to change
• Attention to detail with superior organizational skills, passion for driving change, and a keen curiosity
• Self-Starter who can work with minimal or no supervision, take the lead when needed, and be an excellent communicator
• Advanced level MS Excel skills required, SQL query experience a plus
