Summary:

Aquatech is a global leader in water purification systems technology for both industrial and infrastructure markets located in the United States and internationally. We support our clients with sustainable water purification systems and technologies that are solving the worlds water scarcity challenges.

Aquatech has an immediate need for a fulltime Financial Analyst to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. The Financial Analyst will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent math skills, highly organized, self-starter, and have the ability to work independently. This candidate will posses a background in in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• MBA with concentration in Finance & Accounting
• One (1) years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a corporate environment, preferably in a Manufacturing industry.

Job Description:

• Work with Annuity Business Development team to develop and review financial models for BOO Projects
• Work with management team in pursuing capital raise and working capital programs
• Work with management team in pursuing strategic planning and implementation including pursuit of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
• Review and analyze consolidated corporate cash flow forecasts for the US and global entities
• Will compile, analyze, manage and maintain the project cost accounting system and project budgets.
• Will implement project budget/cost related process improvements and provide analysis/support for project/product costing and analysis of budget Vs actual transactions on an ongoing basis.
• Will develop and maintain cash flow projections and updates on various projects.
• Develop standard material costs in coordination with the Purchasing department
• Provide monthly financial reports and variance analysis
• Performing identified tasks towards monthly closing and MIS reporting
• Coordinate new project/product costing and system introduction process
• Plan, collect, analyze data to determine costs of project activities
• Participate in preparation of project budgets and cash flow projections
• Assist with the development and implementation of internal controls relating to project budgets
• Complete other ad hoc projects and financial analysis as needed
• Standard cost accounting analysis
• Developing Financial modeling tools for Financial Decision Making
• Assist in Business Plan/Strategic Plan for financial purposes
• Other miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned to support the operations.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to use Microsoft Word
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel
• Ability to use Microsoft Powerpoint
• Prior experience in a SAP environment will be a plus.
