POSITION TITLE: Financial Analyst
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the Company's monthly global close and forecast processes, financial presentations, annual and long-range plan, variance analysis and ad-hoc projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in monthly close, forecasting, and annual and long-range plan processes including global consolidation and analytics.
Prepare monthly reporting on key financials for review by several members of the Executive team.
Communicate and collaborate with business partners including regional finance teams and department owners.
Assist in the preparation of materials for Board of Directors, Investor and other company meetings and presentations.
Analyze results, perform variance analysis and identify trends.
Perform ad-hoc analysis on areas such as Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), capital allocation, and peer benchmarking.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Continuously improve and automate forecasting and reporting processes.
Take complete ownership (build, maintain, and streamline) of financial models to drive results.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree

$70,000.00
Salary Maximum
$85,000.00
Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
