The
Financial Analyst I will provide financial analysis, monitoring, reporting, and administrative support for the Manager of Medical Program Operations, Director of Clinical Services, and the Manager of Administrative Services.
Responsibilities:
- Review expenditures, salary expenses, and maintain databases as necessary for department by programs/clinics.
- Reconcile KKI’s monthly salary and revenue reports to department databases, analyze discrepancies, prepare and process adjustments as needed.
- Maintain productivity databases and prepare productivity and financial reports.
- Assist Manager of Medical Program Operations with the development of departmental budgets; research historical finance data as needed; maintain knowledge of all department systems, reports and processes.
- Perform cost and resource analyses as requested.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager of Medical Program Operations, Director of Clinical Services, and the Manager of Administrative Services.
- Process Workspace transactions.
- Function as back-up for the Medical Program Operations Manager as necessary.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
2- 3 years of experience in accounting, business administration/management, or database management preferred.
