We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our finance & accounting team in

Responsibilities

• Establish reporting systems and manage the consolidation of financial data for accounting of global subsidiaries’ business results
• Coordinate and prepare US GAAP-based financial statements
• Plan, direct and coordinate the preparation of annual budget and projections, and update monthly with actual figures and report variances
• Supervise annual audit process as well as semi-annual reviews, and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely issuance of the audit reports
• Evaluate and direct financial control and accounting policies and procedures
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics for listco and subs to provide management with information and financial and business analysis vital to the decision-making process
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings for each jurisdiction that the company operates in
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 8 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with U.S. GAAP and public company reporting.
• Proficiency with current financial software
• CPA not required but preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work in multi-language environment and travel to multiple locations internationally.
