Fine Arts Community School (FACS) Instructor

The Bluefield College Fine Arts Community School (FACS) seeks applicants for part-time instructors to teach quality non-credit lessons, classes, or workshops through FACS.

Lessons, classes, and workshops are scheduled at the discretion of the Coordinator and instructor and may include evening or weekend times.

FACS Instructor Responsibilities:

  • Propose lesson, class, or workshop ideas within your area of expertise
  • Provide well-prepared educational lessons, classes, or workshops
  • Provide course outlines/schedules
  • Be on time and present for every meeting during the designated time frame
  • Maintain professional conduct

About FACS:

Bluefield College’s Fine Arts Community School (FACS) is a community service outreach program that was established in 1993. The school offers a variety of lessons, classes, and workshops during the academic year and a variety of camps during the summer.

These opportunities are open to community members of all ages and interests.

In recent years, FACS has expanded its offerings to further reach the diverse interests of the community.

Here at the FACS, we believe “Everything is an Art.”
