Our Ottumwa, Iowa, location features our Main Offices and a modern state-of-the-art HMA production facility to meet your every need. Our Harvey facility provides HMA for the Oskaloosa/Knoxville/Pella area. Our Wever facility provides HMA for the Burlington/Fort Madison area. Our 2 modern portable HMA facilities travel Iowa and Missouri to provide safe and smooth roads for the traveling public. Our award-winning crews can do any asphalt job from driveways and parking lots to streets, roads, and highways to specialty projects such as race tracks and commercial compost pads. Job Description
This position requires a lot of time standing alone. Must have the ability to stay alert at all times. The main duties of this position are to control traffic and keep crews safe during work on open highways and streets. This position works under the supervision of the paving supervisor in a uniform manner consistent with the required training provided by the Safety Department. Pilot car drivers are required to have proper license.
