Summary:

Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of equipment, work and dining areas, and utensils in LSU dining halls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for guests and fellow associates at all times
• Continuously restocks service stations in dining area
• Empties trash receptacles and disposes of bags in designated bins
• Greets and assists guests in dining areas
• Constantly exhibits productivity and seeks out ways to enhance guests' experience
• Helps load and unload supplies and products
• Washes dishes based on assigned procedures
• Serves beverages to guests.

Complies with outlined safety procedures at all times

• Performs other duties as assigned

This job is located at Louisiana State University.

Dishwasher / busser / kitchen / housekeeping experience is a plus.
