Floor Care/Maintenance Technician - Full-Time (Lapeer and Surrounding Area) Job at RWK SERVICES INC
RWK Services (dba Lapeer Janitorial Service) is currently hiring for a full-time Floor Care Technician for Lapeer & Surrounding Areas. The schedule is Monday-Friday 5:00PM-1:00AM (approximate with some flexibility based on the candidate's availability and job to be completed). You will have a company provided vehicle that you will pick up from a secured location in Lapeer and available for use to travel in between buildings we service.
Some experience is required with operating floor care equipment such as:
- Buffers
- Burnishers
- Carpet Extractors
Position Includes

Requirements:
1. Previous floor care experience is preferred
2. Have an eye for detail
3. Be able to work independently
4. Have a clean driving record - with little to no moving violations
5. Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 75lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing
