Job Summary: As part of our Floral Department, this position provides customers with outstanding service, communicates product information, and helps with the maintenance and display of products within the department.

Specific Job Duties:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintains high-quality standards in product presentation.
• Designs and creates skilled floral arrangements.
• Creates floral arrangements, corsages, etc. for weddings and special occasions.
• Executes Floral Department merchandising and displays.
• Readily participates in product promotions and focuses.
• Provides outstanding customer service and readily communicates product information to increase sales and best service customers.
• Participates in quarterly physical inventories and practices inventory control.
• Prevents internal and external loss.
• Demonstrates dependability and flexibility; meets attendance requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Floral Team Leader.

Skills Required / Qualifications:

• Minimum one year floral experience preferred.
