Anakeesta is seeking Cook/Serving Attendants to prepare and serve food. Line cook and serving duties will consist of prepping, delivering, and serving food to guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Positive Attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work with a high volume of guests.
- Able to work accurately and rapidly.
- Able to multitask.
- Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to change when required.
- Ability to work with different pieces of kitchen equipment.
- Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
