Who We Need:

Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC), LLC is seeking a Food Service Instructor for the Regional Training Site - Medical (RTS-Med) at Fort McCoy, WI. The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. This site offers several versions of realistic medical simulation training in a state of the art facility and tactical deployable medical systems (DEPMEDS). The RTS-Med executes integrated combat health support training and logistical support to include individual and collective clinical training, Warrior Task training, medical maintenance support and training, logistics support, training and exercise support, pre-deployment support, and disaster contingency support.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as Subject matter expert and primary instructor for Hospital Center Nutrition Care and Food Service course material.
• Serves as the primary instructor for the Army Food Safety and Sanitation Course.
• Serves as the primary instructor for the Field Sanitation Course.
• Serves as the primary instructor for all field equipment related to Field Feeding Operations.
• Serves as a primary instructor for OHIT for Medical Dietary and Meal Orders.
• Serves as a primary instructor for core DEPMEDS courses.
• Serves as an assistant instructor/trainer for Site Organic Driver's Training courses.
• Serves as the sub hand receipt holder and is responsible for RTS-MED site field feeding equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Four years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) in charge of Field Feeding Operations.
• Graduate of a Military NCO or Officer course.
• Recent experience as a 68M or 92G series MOS in the Army or sister service equivalent.
• Shall have experience with military training concepts and organizational structure.
• Shall possess or obtain food safety and sanitation course instructor certification within 180 days of hire.
• Shall possess or obtain CDL within 180 days of hire.
• Shall obtain rough terrain forklift license within 90 days of hire.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
