Foreman-Underground/Drill Crew Job at TCS Communications
What you’ll do…
- Responsible as a crew leader; proper, accurate and timely submission of Production Reports
- Oversees construction crew assignments
- Ability to pull cable lines and other equipment used in the installation of telephone or cable TV wires
- Ability to use ground rod pounding equipment
- Direct traffic flow in accordance with local and state DOT guidelines
- Assists Supervisor with day to day activities
- Reads and implements design prints and other related instructions pertaining to the job
- Maintains and operates vehicle safely following all safety and traffic regulations
- Maintains proper inventory on vehicle based on work assignment
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred
- Must have an understanding of basic and advanced construction principles
- Capable of operating equipment necessary to complete jobs, i.e. missile, drill, backhoe, and trencher
- Knowledge of “safety systems” associated with trenching and/or drilling including set-up and emergency procedures

Pay range is commensurate with experience: $27.00/hour to $30.00/hour
