FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Kansas, has an excellent career opportunity for a Residential Production Forman with 3 years of experience to join our team in Wichita. P

Our ideal candidate would have roofing Forman or Project manager experience with experience in Metal, TPO, EPDM, PVC & Asphalt, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting goals and objectives. Not required - Preferred candidate that is Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).

Job Description

· Manage Roofing subcontractors and function as crew point of contact.

· Manage Job flow, project completion schedule to complete projects on budget and on time

· Manage project labor & materials, process labor, and material invoices & equipment rentals

· Process, troubleshoot & communicate contract change orders and project corrections with a project manager

· Attend Bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings

· Develop and implement new efficient processes

· Ensure full compliance with all state and local codes and all manufacturer specifications

· Utilize CRM to the fullest extent

Job Type: Hourly $20-22/hour

Qualifications and Skills

· Experience: Construction background preferred

· Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

· Basic computer and internet skills and ability to use a smartphone

· Ability to lift 80 pounds & climb on roofs

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Personally, driven, and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
