FINANCE DIRECTOR – Richmond, VA
JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Director will act as a critical influencer to the business unit and corporate leadership teams. The individual will contribute to our business success by identifying, analyzing and presenting financial information to improve business performance. The Finance Director serves as a key liaison between the Business Unit and Finance Division and will lead the budgeting, forecasting and decision support processes as well as support the achievement of division and enterprise-wide objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree required. MBA or Masters in Accounting strongly preferred.
- 10 years of experience in leadership roles in either Accounting or Finance
- CPA Preferred
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge and analysis of financial software
- Advanced ERP, business process, and financial technology experience and knowledge
