Full training will be provided for Front Desk. Best job for recently graduated and looking for the career in Administration or management.
- Open the shipment and enter the dental case in the dental lab software.
- Quality check during the entering process for any missing information/part/device.
- Liaise and coordinate with dental office for the product related inquiries.
- Create the invoice and pack the dental case for the shipment.
- Prepare and pack all the cases for shipment.
- Prepare the shipment for sending out with different logistic department (FedEx, UPS, Route Messenger, Local Drivers).
- Assist in the dental lab as and when necessary.
- Following on accounts receivables.
- Following on accounts payable.
- Following up with New Dentist and existing dentist for their feedback.

Salary or hourly rate depend upon the experience.
