Front Desk Agent Job at Mountain Lodge
Front Desk Agents are the front line face of our resort lodge.
We have Part-Time and Full-Time hours for our 8a-4p, 4p-12a and 12a-8a shifts.
Seasonal positions. Weekend and Holiday work is required. WE WILL TRAIN
Role and Responsibilities
· Welcomes guests to Mountain Lodge and Snowshoe area, handles guest concerns and requests in a timely and courteous manner, including phone answering and messages.
· Uses our Property Management System (PMS) to assists guests with check-in and check-out, no reservation making with our system, they are made by third party representatives.
· Works with Management to provide a positive guest experience by being the front line of issue resolution, providing resort information and answering general questions.
· Answering phones and taking messages for management staff and relaying any complaints, guest concerns, or other issues to the appropriate management.
· Provides additional service of maintenance requests and housekeeping issues to the appropriate service areas and management.
· Maintains guest confidentiality regarding room numbers, financial information, personal information and key issuance
· Be familiar with all Mountain Lodge rules and regulations, front desk procedures, computer and cash register use, and basic knowledge of Snowshoe Mountain Resort’s amenities and activities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED, we will train, customer service experience, computer experience especially with Microsoft platforms.
Preferred Skills
Basic computer skills, customer service experience and money handling experience
