Front Desk Agent Job at Quality Inn Old Saybrook, CT

Quality Inn Old Saybrook, CT Old Saybrook, CT 06475

•Immediately greet guests on their arrival in the lobby and offer to assist with hotel services when needed

•Register and assign guests to hotel rooms

•Make and confirm reservations and take incoming phone calls

•Perform other duties as requested by management

•Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and overnight shifts (night shift is infrequent due to us having full time and part time night auditors).

•Weekend availability is required, most days off will be scheduled on weekdays but we make the best effort (prioritizing the hotels needs and schedule flow) to give 2 days off each week minimum.

•Training will be provided but Front Desk experience is preferred

•Shifts can range as low as 5 hours a day (if property needs are met and General Manager approval is given)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
