Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet owners and guests at check-in

- Register incoming owners and guests

- Receive and record rental payments

- Maintain inventory of reservations and current unit status

- Answer owner and guest inquiries regarding resort

- Present statements of charges to owners and guests

- Compile and record specific resort and other miscellaneous documents

- Provide information about local businesses and attractions

- Create and maintain housekeeping schedule

- Answer all phone calls and assist owners/guests with any questions or concerns

Education:

- High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications:

- 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, hospitality, hotels or equivalent

- Proficient in Microsoft office suite

- Marketing and social media experience preferred

- Timeshare/Property management knowledge a plus

- Knowledge of RNS software preferred but not required
