We at Obedient K9 Charlotte are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team!
Come work at a company dedicated to training and supporting dogs and Pet Parents! Our mission is to provide a world class dog training experience for our clients and their dogs, focusing on improving problematic behaviors, and helping create a better quality of life for our clients!
The ideal candidate will have a passion for dogs and be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Checking in and checking out clients
- Communicating with clients and leads/prospective clients
- Shooting content with company camera during training sessions
- Keeping welcome room clean
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Passion for dogs
- Experience with photography and videography is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Compensation:
$12/hour
Work Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
