Goldfish Swim School is looking for an energetic Front Desk Representative with a sincere love of children and swimming. Great opportunity to work with People in the Naperville area! Goldfish Swim School is a state-of-the-art aquatics facility dedicated to indoor swim lessons for children 4 months to 12 years of age. We are dedicated to developing our children into confident, life-long swimmers. We would love to have you as part of our program and we hope to see you in our pools soon!
Front Desk Job Responsibilities:

• The main focus of a Front Desk Representative is to answer swimming questions in accordance to Goldfish Swim School curriculum to help aid and place Swimmers in the appropriate classes.
• Be Energetic and Friendly to our members and staff.
• Structure work time based on the need of the Front Desk and the Management Staff for the facility.
• Ensure that every member receives the Golden and WOW customer service experience that our members need and expect.
• Maintain a proper dress and attitude at all times.
• To Learn the ins and outs of Goldfish after the training process.
• Place swimmer in correct levels and aid in the make-up policy.

Front Desk Job Requirements:

• Experience working with people on all levels and experiences.
• Previous swim/water safety instruction, lifeguard or swim coach experience not required but a plus
• Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills.
• High energy and hustle
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
