Role Summary:
We are looking for experienced and motivated Receptionist that will support us with administrative work and be a first point of contact for our customers. The successful candidate will have a chance to keep growing inside the company and work closely with different departments.
Responsabilities:
- First point of contact for our customers
- Greets visitors, determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
- Answers and directs phone calls to staff or properties.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Coordinates office services and support other departments.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Updating systems with data received from customers, calls and emails.
- Data entry
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded & motivated to launch improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
