Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay will be based on experience $11-13/HR.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Smile and make eye contact with guests
- Make and confirm guest reservations
- Get information to improve the guest’s experience
- Efficiently multi-task
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries/questions
- Check guests in and out; issues room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc.
- Suggest and provide directions to area attractions
- Convince customers to purchase additional services
- Promote company restaurants, bakeries, shops
- Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts
- Manage assigned cash drawer daily, researching billing issues
- Use software program to process orders and create guest checks
- High School education required
- Conflict resolution skills required
- Communication skills
- Able to empathize with guests and take sincere interest in his/her specific circumstances
