We are looking for an experienced front desk receptionist who will make the dentist’s office efficient and pleasant for our patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service by conducting front office administrative duties. Receptionist should be well-organized with great attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients in the dental office
  • Handle patient communications via phone, email, messaging, and in person
  • Schedule appointments and ensure the schedule is filled
  • Help patients understand their dental benefits and manage dental benefit interactions, including submitting claims and entering claims received
  • Present patients with treatment plans and help with financial arrangements
  • Manage interactions with specialists and labs
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Collect patient payments and address ongoing, outstanding accounts receivables

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
