Position Overview: The Senior Care Options (SCO) Front Desk Administrator will greet welcome and direct visitors appropriately.

Position Responsibilities: Greets all person entering office or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors, notify staff member for scheduled appointments, maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook. Serve as the point of contact for deliveries and mail. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls, while providing basic information when needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent, relevant administrative support experience in a fast paced environment
  • Must have superb telephone, communication, and administrative skills
  • Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to work successfully as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide or arrange for community long-term care
  • Ability to make proper judgments, demonstrated leadership qualities, good written and verbal skills, and ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with staff members, consumers and partners
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems, including but not limited to, Windows based software application including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
  • Ability to process information accurately
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion
  • Bilingual speaking preferred

Hours:

Part Time - 22.5 hours Monday through Friday, (12:30p-5p)
