WHO WE ARE:The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guest's natural lashes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:The Front Desk Manager In Training position is a leadership position that is responsible for our Front Desk's overall growth, coordination, operational success. The Front Desk Manager In Training will ensure the Front Desk meets or exceeds membership and sales goals, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service, monthly member relations, sales, and scheduling. The Front Desk Manager In Training will provide daily support to their Front Desk team and offer ongoing leadership, motivation, and development. They are responsible for retail inventory, membership retention, and front desk team members. The Front Desk Manager In Training will transition into the Front Desk Lead position once training and proficiency is reached.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the daily operations of our Front Desk Team
- Ensure the Front Desk team meets or exceeds membership goals
- Maximize sales and membership participation
- Provide daily support to Front Desk team members
- Coach and teach Front Desk Team Members
- Ensures each guest has a unforgettable and consistent experience
- Record and process retail inventory
- 2+ years directly managing a team of 3 or more
- 3+ years or more in Front Desk Sales role, preferably in Salon/Spa or Membership focused businesses
- Reliable transportation
- Exceptional customer service skills and computer skills
- MindBody Online Software experience is a plus
- Salary; compensation aligned with experience
- Semi-annual performance evaluations
- Free lash extensions and all other salon services
- Discounts on retail products
