Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator Job at Christine S. Rausch, MD
We are searching for a self-motivated, high energy FULL TIME (4.5 Day Work Week - Monday through Friday) PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR to join our dedicated, patient-centered team, in an office-based ambulatory surgery center, with an emphasis on skin cancer prevention and treatment. The practice takes great pride in our EXCELLENT Satisfaction Survey results from both our patients and our referring physicians.
Duties to include, but not limited to;
- Assist with answering incoming phone lines
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow up care
- Coordination of care with other healthcare professionals
- Explain policies, procedures and/or services to patients using medical or administrative knowledge
- Responsible for the Release of Medical Records and disability forms
- Provides administrative support to Physician and Practice Manager

Must have no criminal background and have excellent references (confirmation of dates of hire are insufficient and will not be accepted).
Compensation:
Hourly Rate | 36 hours per week | Bi-weekly Payroll with Direct Deposit
