Front Desk Receptionist and Night Auditor Job at Holiday Inn Express and Suites
We are looking for a pleasant and friendly person to join our team as Front Desk Representative and Night Auditor!
Must be able to work a minimum of two overnight shifts (approximately 10:30pm-6:30am) each week.
As the front-line-employee, your role will be extremely important for maintaining a positive customer experience. Your goal should always be to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied during their stay.
Front Desk Representative duties and responsibilities
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Checking in and checking out guests with accuracy
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Monitor and update records and files
Night Auditor Duties and responsibilities
- Review transactions from the day and balance accounts
- Print reports and complete nightly audit of daily transactions
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Checking in and checking out guests with accuracy
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Monitor and update records and files.
