Responsibilities and Qualifications
Front Desk Agents will identify our customer's needs upon their arrival to the dealership and during their visit and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Job tasks:
-Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests
-Greet and direct all visiter's (Customers and Vendors)
-Anticipate customers needs/wants
-Ensure the showroom area is tidy and presentable
-Replenish beverages other materials around the dealership
-Use a CRM to maintain desklog - marking in appointments
-Effectively communicate with the sales team members
Qualities needed:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Customer oriented mentality
Motivation to be successful
Must be able to multi-task and remain organized
Computer skills
Prior customer service, sales, reception, or call center experience a plus
